My daughter has autism which can cause extreme stress and anxiety when transferring, even going from the house to outside, with lots of screaming, hair pulling, head hitting and crying. Right from the demonstration, how my daughter was treated Scott spoke calmly, reassured her, and while we were driving around even had her laughing … Although it’s a big vehicle, it feels cosy and not a big empty void, all the conversion is beautifully done to a high quality specification, with quality materials used. I also like that I don’t have to remove and store the extra seat ( front passenger seat) as it just fits behind the driver’s seat and used … which can be used for a carer if needed. The van drives beautifully feel just like a high up car, with lovely big windows.

“This is my first WAV from TBC, it drives smoothly and there are good views from the windows... the finish is like a car, not a van. Very quick for the wheelchair to enter and get strapped down. Very comfortable to be a rear wheelchair passenger for long journeys. Can easily communicate with driver from the rear with normal voice volume. Temperature can easily be controlled by the driver and a continuous rear seal assists the temperature being warm. No road/exhaust noise comes in the rear tailgate... Did 500 miles on the first week around the UK seeing family, it was very enjoyable. I will enjoy being a rear wheelchair passenger in this vehicle."
